Text Box: The Rangers1.exe file zipped is a bit over 140 meg in size. . Before you download it backup your c:\rangers\rr directory by renaming it data can be imported from your old Ranger Database at this time it is done manually by you opening each database and pouring the data into the new updated program.  It's really easy once you have done it.  Be sure to backup! If you prefer I can mail you a CD-ROM with the latest update for $10.00. This CD has NEW help videos and can save you several hours of download time. Plus utilities that you will use. .  This new version ONLY Supports Windows XP - Vista and doesn't support Win98 -ME.   The ROTY section of this program is working and READY to go.  As we work a group of boys together through a merit when it comes time to record those merits all it will take is filling the first record then it remembers all that data and it applies it to the next boys name.  I made ordering out of the GPH catalog RR items only a lot easier and streamlined it as well as updated to new prices.  Added Ranger Bucks and Ranger Stationary, Matching Cards, Control Codes Program , Bronze- Gold Applications ready to go.  Lots more as well. FCF Tracking for all District Members and District Wide Training Records   Each database is a work in progress. 

I believe strongly in the patrol system and this record system uses the Patrol System to record merits and attendance so you the commander don't spend all week inputting temporary data into a computer.  So if you find something that doesn't work for you send me a email and we can add it in.  If you find a glitch try a new download and see if it got resolved and if not...do us all a favor and email me what it is that needs a tweak!  Thanks and God Bless you Commander for all you do for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

If you can find something I have left out...then your a whopping good commander! Pow Wow, ROTY, forms already filled out. You just tag the Rangers in the special field. ROTY or PW. Need Check off lists for Outings, Games, Craft Projects, Pow Wow. These forms are user friendly. You can easily choose the Outpost or all or by age or by almost anything. New Calendar Program.  District Commanders may now keep all of their Division, Section outpost and personal calendars in one program... NICE!!! Leaders Name Tags, cards, phone lists, wife names, birthdates, LTA certified, When they joined, days in service, hours on outings, hours in meetings, total meetings attended.  NEW PROGRAM UPDATED over 1002 entries GPH Ranger Database looks up price and Email your order in!!!     Records of all advancements given out. Rangers Name, Date given, Advancement Name and Commander who approved it. All easy to input and find. Print out Certificates off of the Advancements you have already given out. Double entry is a waste of time. CHANGE ONE GLOBAL FIELD AND IT CHANGES ALL IN EVERY DATABASE. With 300 plus forms that is a time saver. Just paste in your Church Logo and it changes it in all 300 forms. Same with all other Global Info. NICE! There is a lot more to find and you will be pleasantly surprised. You can now put all your events on one calendar.  YES!  You get a graphical view in a monthly format as well as a full text version and a 3 column version.  Sort by many options.  Or just print off a calendar for your outpost events.  ROTY new program updated.  If you host a Royal Ranger Ranger of the Year Event and want a easy way to handle all the Evaluation sheets... you will simply love this program. It tallies, prints off certificates and name tags.  It will make organizing the event fun! There is so much more.  A training CD will be released before long. ROTY  Program Still in the works XP and Vista Systems Only!  18 meg password is Jesus.   Dated: 09-12-2007   Field Tested at Section, District and Region Levels.  This prints all worksheets, applications, tallies scores, prints name tags, certificates and summary sheets each custom fit to the boys selections and now Certificates change as you browse through them.  With the click of one button you can print off 121 ROTY Evaluation Sheets and do it all with out typing in a single boys name.  The outpost commander loads this very same program and then puts his boys info into it and what they want to be evaluated on and then emails a small data file  to the ROTY coordinator who in turn imports it all in seconds. .. .  Boom Bam Baby!!!  This program has been field tested and works slicker then buttered bread!  You won't want to run a ROTY Event with out this tool and it's FREE!!

Just added Ranger Kids, Discovery Rangers, Adventure Rangers and Expedition Rangers Applications that you can put the points in and it calculates the points.  You can also send the file to your ROTY Coordinator if they are using the same program.  It helps getting all the points tallied.
